Daniel Tierney: President and Founding Member  

An IT Professional currently serving as a Principal Technologist with Amtrak, Dan has been overseeing the health and welfare of the Unity Club since its inception.   He is responsible for P&L, final approval on all club expenditures as well as club changes.  Dan is the heart and sole of the Unity Club.  D

 

Paul Salehi : Vice President and Founding Member

An independent business owner who has supported the day to day operations of the Unity Club since its inception.  Paul is second in command and back up for all activities currently performed by the Club President.  Instrumental in managing Unity Club Lease. 

 

Lila Reinold: Treasurer

A finance manager who volunteers her time to the Unity Club in honor of her late husband Larry Reinold.   Responsible for maintaining the Club books, oversees accounts payables – reviewing and approving all expenditures before release. 

 

Claudia Angelone: Secretary

A retired IT Senior Executive who has supported the club since 1990.   Provides organization and a female perspective on club matters.  Proactive in community outreach.   Oversees the Unity Club monthly Newsletters. 

 

Bud Shatzer:  Member

A Senior Advisor to The Secretary of the American Battle Monuments Commission.   Bud is a longstanding member of our board providing the voice of reason.   Bud keeps us honest and is one of our true ambassadors of goodwill. 

 

Doug Levy: Member

Doug has been in the hospitality arena for 15 years serving as manager for numerous private clubs.  He not only brings us a youthful perspective but a bevy of new ideas to keep the Unity Club current with todays environment. 

 

John Greer: Member

John brings great enthusiasm as well as marketing ideas to the board.  He has a wide range of resources, which can be tapped for the good of the Unity Club.   John carries the message to venues within DC and Northern Virginia, which helps broaden the Unity Clubs mission.  

 

Nate Ford:  Member

Nate serves as the liaison between the Unity Club and recovery groups including “Steps To Recovery”, “New Beginnings”, and “CATS”.  Nate provide valuable insight as to the needs of those new to recovery. 

 

Richard Thompson:  Member

Richard volunteers his time to the Unity Club as a means of giving back.  Director of Network Planning & Engineering for Amtrak, he provides invaluable network and IT ideas to keep us in pace with today’s millenniums.   Reaching people electronically is the way of the future.
